Wonderful society away from Delhi and noida.. Located in greater Noida, towards the upcoming jewar airport...16th park view is about 6 towers with 26 floors each...well located, most of the amenities are available. A small Market place for basic shopping inside the campus. Campus also houses a school. Lots of colleges are located nearby (eg. Galgotiyas on the way). Although the society is still underway some last makeovers. Few apartments are available for sale. 2bhk and 3 bhk. 40L to 60L budget should be enough considering the location and future growth.

Considering the current state of this establishment, it would be beneficial for Google to introduce a negative rating system. I believe that this place falls far below the standards deserving of even a single star. The owners of this property present misleading images of the flat and the surrounding park, creating a false impression of a well-maintained society. However, the reality is quite the opposite. The images I have shared represent only a fraction of the actual condition of this place, which can be accurately described as a substandard and unpleasant environment. Regrettably, those who have purchased flats here have discovered that the only way to make a profit is by deceiving people into renting these units. The individuals involved in these practices mislead potential tenants by falsely claiming the proximity of the Metro, when in fact it is nearly 20 kilometers away. Furthermore, the absence of any available public transportation exacerbates the situation. The nearby villages pose security concerns, as unmonitored access allows for the entry of outsiders, making it particularly unsafe for women. Additionally, upon vacating the flats, the owners employ various tactics to defraud tenants of their money. It is disheartening to witness such dishonest behavior, and one can only hope that these individuals will face the consequences of their actions. The construction quality of the flats is highly inadequate, and the owners unreasonably shift the blame onto tenants for any structural flaws that may arise. The absence of a proper waste disposal system results in garbage scattered throughout the area, while the presence of stray dogs and monkeys adds to the overall nuisance. The previous provision of generator backup has been discontinued, exacerbating the discomfort caused by extreme heat and regular power outages. Moreover, the local shops overcharge for their products, and the restaurants within this vicinity serve subpar food. Additionally, the poorly lit service road leading to this location poses safety risks, especially during nighttime travels. Cab availability is scarce, and when available, drivers tend to charge extra, citing the distance. For those who claim otherwise, I can only wish them the best of luck in dealing with the unscrupulous individuals and unhygienic conditions prevalent in this area. The presence of numerous 5-star reviews on this establishment's profile raises concerns regarding their authenticity, as many of them appear to be posted by the owners themselves. These owners employ various tactics to attract unsuspecting individuals to this location, which unfortunately falls significantly short of expectations. It is regrettable to note that this society displays a discriminatory attitude towards bachelors and students, treating them as if they belong to a different social category. Furthermore, the rental process here involves an excessive and unnecessary demand for documentation. It is disconcerting to experience the idiot owner's insistence on requesting documents such as a passport, as if they were renting out a unit in a high-end luxury property. I strongly advise staying away from this place. In order to make an informed decision, it is advisable to consider these factors carefully before considering this location as a viable option.

I have personally visit the site and it is in actual and under construction at the moment. It will be a wonderful place to live in future but we need to wait until 2025 to be operational everything like, public transport, taxis, Metro, Malls, Shops, Airport, Schools as well as dozens of companies are investing in this areas so there will a bright tomorrow for upcoming generations. There will plenty of arrangements for education with all the schools,colleges and universities options. All over we should consider it tomorrow better opportunity.

A township developed by Gaurson developer spreading across 300 Acres in front of JP Sports complex is comprised of several housing complexes ie16th Parkview( 25 stories high rise apartments with block A, B ...J,K), 32nb Parkview, 3rd Parkview, 6th Park view, Seven park view ..etc with different building areas. There is a small lake constructed for which probably the Parkview nomenclature came. There are also schools, commercial buildings, shopping etc within the township. The construction of township by private builders is amazing though it cost huge involvement of money & resources.

Beautiful and developing city. At the moment people who have shifted are facing issues which will get resolved with time. The maintenance section is slow which I assume is due to lack of manpower. The place has a very bright future. Editting my opinion about the appartments. Sometime after handover of the flat this is my review: twice within a week there was water logging inside the house, I'll post pictures. Though the maintenance staff are helpful but slow to respond, we have to wait for hours to get things done. The entrance door is damaged. The stoppers don't work, the kitchen cabinets are already rusting and many walls have tell tale signs of seepage. We have to travel from Delhi every time we are informed thare is water overflowing from are flat into the corridor. The carpenter comes n adjusts doors every time we visit as the doors get jammed. We are unable to get woodwork done as we are worried it will get damaged with water. In less then a month we are regretting our decision of purchasing this flat.
